      This information can change. Please double check resources and continue to monitor them for up to date information.

      As we approach the 2021-22 school year and in person classes resume, please be sure to check the requirements issued by your school regarding vaccination status.  Schools requiring vaccination do require proof of vaccination prior to the beginning of the term. Some schools offer online processes to upload vaccination status. Physical distancing and mask requirements will vary across schools and campuses, please check your school's website for details.

      COMMUNITY COLLEGES

      Blue Mountain Community College- TBA

      Central Oregon Community College- May require vaccination depending on the nature of the student or faculty member's area of expertise. Vaccination required for residential students. 

      Chemeketa Community College- Does not require vaccination of faculty, staff or students.

      Clackamas Community College- Does not require vaccination. May continue to offer hybrid model, check website for updates.  

      Clatsop Community College- Does not require vaccination for summer term. Masks required for unvaccinated individuals. Please check back for fall updates.

      Columbia Gorge Community College- TBA 

      Klamath Community College- Does not require vaccination. Masks required at least through summer quarter. 

      Lane Community College- Does not require vaccination. Masks required. 

      Linn-Benton Community College- Does not require vaccination. Unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear a face covering & observe physical distancing guidelines.

      Mt Hood Community College- Summer term remains mostly remote. Please check back for fall updates.

      Oregon Coast Community College- Does not require vaccination. 

      Portland Community College- Does not require vaccination. Masks required. 

      Rogue Community College- Does not require vaccination. 

      Southwestern Community College- Requires vaccination for student-athletes. Does not require vaccination for other students, staff or faculty.

      Tillamook Bay Community College- Does not require vaccination. Offers $100 incentive for staff and students who show proof of full vaccination by 7/29/21.

      Treasure Valley Community College- Does not require vaccination. 

      Umpqua Community College- Does not require vaccination. Masks required.

       

      UNIVERSITIES & 4 YEAR COLLEGES

      Lewis & Clark- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus students.  Lewis & Clark will recognize medical & non medical exemptions.

      Oregon State University- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus staff & students. OSU will recognize medical & non medical exemptions. 

      Oregon Institute of Technology- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus staff & students. OSU will recognize medical & non medical exemptions. 

      Pacific University- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus staff & students. Pacific will recognize medical & non medical exemptions.

      Portland State University- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus staff & students. PSU will recognize medical & non medical exemptions. PSU also offers a deferral exemption until at least one vaccine has full FDA approval.

      Reed College- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus students. Vaccination is strongly encouraged for faculty. Reed will recognize medical & non medical exemptions.

      Southern Oregon University- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus staff & students. SOU will recognize medical & non medical exemptions. SOU also offers a deferral exemption until at least one vaccine has full FDA approval.

      University of Oregon- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus staff & students. UO will recognize medical & non medical exemptions

      University of Portland- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus staff & students. UP will recognize medical & non medical exemptions.

      Western Oregon University- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus staff & students. WOU will recognize medical & non medical exemptions.

      Willamette University- Requires vaccination for fall term for on campus staff & students. Willamette will recognize medical & non medical exemptions.
