Mask Mandate: Due to the rising cases across Oregon, mask requirements for indoor spaces and activities has been reinstated starting August 13th. The full guidance can be found here. On Nov. 23rd the mask guidance was amended such that masks are no longer required in crowded outdoor spaces. The FAQ for the current mask mandate in Oregon can be found here.


Vaccine Requirements: In response to the growing number of hospitalizations and spread of the Delta variant, Governor Brown has issued a requirement for all healthcare workers and K-12 staff, employees and volunteers. The mandate requires either proof of full vaccination for these groups, or a documented medical or religious exception. The full guidance for health care workers can be found here, and FAQ here. Foreclosure Moratorium: Effective August 16, 2021, Governor Kate Brown has extended the legislature's foreclosure moratorium through December 31, 2021. 


Student Loan Pause: On August 6th, 2021, the U.S. Department of Education announced there would be an extension of the student loan pause until January 31st, 2022. The relief measures included can be found on the federal student aid website here. If you have any questions about your specific situation, contact your loan servicer.
